Diagnosis report

The diagnosis report is available within 24 hours after reception in the lab and can be dispatched either by post or e-mail. It can also be consulted on the Internet.
In urgent cases, the report will be faxed, immediately after the diagnosis is available.

Diagnosis and comments

The diagnosis and comments are established by the aid of the ANAC database and verfiied by an ANAC technician, specialised in gas engine lubrication.

The ANAC database contains on one hand condamnation limits, indicated by the gas engine manufacturers and on the other hand statistical references on all current gas engine types, calculated on a 10 year history of gas engine analytical follow up.

The ANAC GAS commentator takes into account the specific knowledge on the usage conditions and possible comments by the user and gives personalised answers on questions by the users.
